Job summary

Cloud for Good seeks a Sr. Cloud Consultant—Change Management/User Adoption to help customers maximize value from technology initiatives.

You will design and implement change management strategies, drive adoption, and minimize resistance across projects in the USA or Canada, with virtual/home-based work. This role emphasizes people-focused outcomes, requires ongoing collaboration with project teams, and may include up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of consulting, technology implementation, organizational change management, training/education, or related field.
• At least one Change Management certification (Prosci, ACMP/CCMP, CMI, Changefirst).
• Experience with Higher Ed, Non Profit, or Public Sector is beneficial (not required).

Responsibilities

• Coach customers and project teams on change management principles and their practical application in projects.
• Develop change management strategies and detailed plans for customer engagements.
• Evaluate effectiveness of change management strategies using user metrics and qualitative observations.
• Ensure benefits and value are realized with customer project owners.
• Conduct risk/impact assessments and provide support throughout the project.
• Coordinate change management activities aligning with plans, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and deliver stakeholder, resistance management, communications, and training plans.
• Create communications assets aligned to plans (emails, templates, web content).
• Develop training assets related to change management and training plans.
