Qualifications
- Experience in change management and training delivery.
- Strong Salesforce administration, testing, and end-user training.
- Hands-on with generative AI, AI assistants, and prompt design.
- Experience mapping processes, validating workflows, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsabilités
- Conduct impact, stakeholder, audience, and organizational readiness assessments.
- Validate current and future-state processes and business requirements.
- Develop and deliver role-based training, including various formats.
- Support Salesforce configuration, testing, implementation, and support.
- Develop and improve AI assistants using prompt design and grounding.
- Manage knowledge content with SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
- Support UAT, pilots, deployment, and ongoing adoption.
- Track training effectiveness and adoption metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, IT, and field stakeholders.
- Independently manage deliverables across multiple workstreams.
