Ladders is seeking a Functional Lead, AI & Agentforce Delivery to join our client-facing leadership team in IT consulting. You will guide AI implementation initiatives from early solution definition through project execution, translating business needs into concrete use cases and aligning stakeholders around outcomes while tracking scope, schedule and financial performance.

Formación

• 5+ years of AI-related implementation experience on Salesforce or AWS.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Proven leadership as a project manager or Scrum leader.
• Familiarity with estimation and sizing, plus SOW and Change Order contracting.
• Salesforce Admin certification plus Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Track record of writing SOWs and managing project scope.

For our client, we are seeking a Functional Lead, AI & Agentforce Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will lead the delivery of AI implementation initiatives, guiding clients from early solution definition through successful project execution. The ideal candidate will help translate business needs into actionable use cases, align stakeholders around outcomes, and keep delivery on track across scope, schedule, and financial performance. This is a client-facing leadership position that blends project management discipline with technical implementation oversight in a consulting environment.

Location: Remote
Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
