Job summary

Vitaver & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Change & Adoption Lead for a remote project with travel across Jupiter, FL and Florida Power Delivery territory. The role focuses on change management, Salesforce administration, and AI-assisted transformation.

You will design role-based training, develop job aids and eLearning, coordinate stakeholder communications, and lead deployment activities including UAT, pilots, and sustainment, with periodic on-site meetings as needed.

• Configure, test, implement, and support Salesforce, including user training and support.
• Develop, test, and ground AI assistants and agents, including prompt engineering and knowledge grounding.
• Manage SharePoint and Microsoft 365 knowledge management.
• Lead UAT, pilots, deployment, Hypercare, and sustainment, and measure training, readiness, and adoption.

Start Date : ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration :12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Remote, with ability to travel to Jupiter West for periodic leadership meetings and throughout Florida Power Delivery territory for in-person training and deployment support as needed.

Required:

• Experience with change management and training delivery
