Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Territory Business Manager to call on physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other diabetes care providers within your assigned region. You will train healthcare professionals and promote Dexcom products to expand usage and market share.

The role requires 5–8 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel 50–75%. Remote/home-office arrangement with potential hybrid options is available. Salary ranges from $87,000 to $145,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and collaboration with district/territory sales teams to hit targets.
• Valid state driver's license, auto insurance, and clean record.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Medical/pharma sales experience is preferred, non-medical sales will be considered.
• Knowledge of diabetes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Influence and support physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to prescribe Dexcom.
• Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products in practice.
• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows.
• Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies in the territory.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to grow territory sales and meet targets.
