Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive CGM product adoption across physicians, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. You will train healthcare professionals, present at trade shows, and collaborate with market access and sales teams to grow the Dexcom footprint.

The role requires 5–8 years in medical/pharma sales, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel nationwide with 50–75% travel. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and diabetes knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5–8 years of related experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Medical/pharma sales experience preferred.
• Diabetes disease state knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Influence and support CGM physicians, nurses, staff, and providers to prescribe Dexcom products.
• Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products and integrate them into practice.
• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and exhibits.
• Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the territory.
• Partner with other departments to facilitate territory sales growth.
• Meet and exceed district/territory sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor progress using Dexcom analytical tools and ensure timely admin duties.
