Job summary

Dexcom Corporation, a leader in continuous glucose monitoring, is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive growth across physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, and other care settings. You will train healthcare professionals, promote Dexcom products at regional events, and collaborate with market access and sales teams to expand market share.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years' related sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a willingness to travel 50–75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related sales experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% including weekends.
• Healthcare/medical sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of diabetes care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Influence prescribing physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies to use Dexcom products.
• Train healthcare professionals to integrate Dexcom CGM into practice.
• Represent Dexcom at trade shows and exhibits to promote products.
• Educate pharmacies within the assigned territory on Dexcom products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive territory sales growth.
• Monitor progress toward sales goals using Dexcom analytic tools.
• Meet or exceed district/territory sales targets and manage administrative duties.
