Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive growth in diabetes care by promoting Dexcom CGM solutions to physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other care settings.

You will train healthcare professionals, participate in trade shows, and collaborate with market access, district, and sales teams to expand Dexcom’s market share while meeting sales targets. Remote/hybrid work with substantial travel is available along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Influence and support physicians, healthcare professionals, and staff to prescribe Dexcom products.
• Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products.
• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and exhibits.
• Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the territory.
• Partner with market access, trade, government affairs, and sales teams to facilitate territory sales growth.
• Meet/exceed district/territory sales targets and KPIs.
• Complete administrative requirements in a timely fashion.
