Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Columbus, GA. The role focuses on expanding Dexcom CGM adoption by engaging physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other diabetes care stakeholders.

You will train healthcare professionals, participate in trade shows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth. The successful candidate will have 5–8 years of related experience, and either medical/pharma sales or non-medical sales with a strong track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Previous medical and pharma sales experience preferred; non-medical/pharma sales also considered.

Responsibilities

• Influence and support physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to prescribe Dexcom products.
• Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products and integrate them into practice.
• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits.
• Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the assigned territory.
• Partner with market access, trade, government affairs, district and territory sales teams, and other departments to facilitate territory sales growth.
• Meet or exceed district/territory sales targets and KPIs; implement strategy and monitor progress.
