Job summary

DG GLASS & TRADE Remote Pharmacy Technician role is fully remote (excluding NY, CA, NJ, WA, MA, MI, CO, IL). Earn $21.00 per hour. Contract through April 2027, with potential to convert to permanent based on performance and attendance.

Start dates: Nov 17, 2026 or Dec 1, 2026. Training is M-F 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST for about 4 weeks (8:00–4:30 CST). You will serve as primary contact for members, providers, and pharmacies across phone, chat, and email; handle inquiries related to mail order, benefit

Qualifications

• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through PTCB or NHA.
• 3 years of recent retail or professional pharmacy experience with working knowledge of claims adjudication.
• Call center experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providers, and pharmacies across phone, chat, email, and written/digital channels.
• Resolve inquiries related to mail order, benefit design, formulary coverage, medication costs, prior authorization criteria, and claims adjudication; assist network pharmacies with prescription claim processing.
