Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our Patient Care Center of Excellence in a remote, full-time capacity. You will work in a closed-door environment, handling phone-based communications with patients, doctors and facilities while entering prescriptions and processing authorizations with speed and accuracy.

You'll support claim adjudication, transfers, and billing, maintain confidential patient records, and help onboard new patients to ExactCare's care programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) with active certification.
• State registration as a Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter prescription data accurately and efficiently.
• Process authorizations, clarifications and transfers.
• Perform billing, eligibility checks and claim adjudication.
• Communicate with patients, doctors and facilities as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate patient records.
