Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent OR (4) years of revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum of (2) years of revenue cycle experience and/or (2) years of contact center experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments and other department operations.
• Transcribe external orders and manage high call volumes across locations.
• Utilize multiple systems to perform scheduling tasks and resolve issues.
• Input patient data accurately and validate insurance benefits.
