Job summary
Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Distribution Field Sales Specialist to lead distribution sales in the Central Territory. The role manages distributor relationships, drives sales objectives, coordinates product launches, and collaborates across internal teams to build long-term partnerships.
You will forecast funnel activity and deliver accurate forecasts while representing the company at regional meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience with distributor sales models and channels.
- Knowledge of Laboratory Diagnostics and POC testing preferred.
- 3+ years in distribution and/or laboratory sales.
- Ability to forecast and manage channel partner performance.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% across the U.S.
- Candidates must reside in their territory.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales, profit and growth objectives for assigned distributors.
- Drive product launches, product training and business reviews.
- Manage distributor funnel and forecasting; deliver on forecasts.
- Coordinate strategic plans with marketing and sales leads.
- Lead cross-functional actions to meet objectives and partnerships.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
