Job summary

Euclid Chemical, a subsidiary of RPM International, is seeking a Cement Additives Process Engineer to support cement manufacturing processes and sales partnerships. This remote role collaborates with internal teams and external customers to drive growth through technical excellence and proven trial execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical/ mechanical engineering or chemistry; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of cement manufacturing process control or quality management experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to develop customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical ambassador for the Euclid Chemical cement additive sales team.
• Provide feedback and troubleshooting information to customers.
• Lead plant industrial trials and mill audits.
• Analyze trial data and prepare detailed reports with conclusions and actions.
• Collaborate with Lab and Technical Managers to develop new products.
• Travel up to 50% for customer meetings and trials.
