Heidelberg Materials is seeking a highly skilled professional to remotely monitor and control cement manufacturing from the Remote Optimization Center in Dallas, TX. You will review equipment, parameters and alarms to ensure safe, compliant plant operations and keep product quality high.

The role requires a BS in Engineering (Chemical/Industrial/Manufacturing preferred), strong analytical abilities, and willingness to travel within the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel within the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the cement manufacturing process from the Remote Optimization Center in Dallas, TX.
• Review equipment status, parameters and alarms to ensure plant operation within SOPs.
• Maintain safe, continuous plant operations and ensure product quality while complying with environmental regulations.
• Identify and troubleshoot process and equipment issues, coordinating with plant and HROC teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of process parameters, readings and activities for trend analysis and improvement.
