Qualifications

• Operate a cement plant in a 24/7 environment with control room experience.
• Bachelor of Science/Engineering in Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing; equivalent certifications may substitute for degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and production teams.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to travel within the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the cement manufacturing process from the Remote Optimization Center in Dallas.
• Review equipment status, process parameters, and alarms to ensure plant operations stay within SOPs.
• Ensure safe, continuous plant operations, maintain product quality, and comply with environmental regulations.
• Identify and troubleshoot process and equipment issues, minimizing downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of parameters, equipment readings, and activities for data analysis.
