• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control cement manufacturing from the Remote Optimization Center.
• Review equipment status, process parameters and alarms to ensure SOP adherence.
• Ensure safe, continuous plant operations while complying with environmental regulations.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and losses.
• Maintain accurate records of process parameters and equipment readings.
