Zusammenfassung

Heidelberg Materials is seeking an experienced Remote Optimization Center operator to monitor and control cement production from Dallas, TX. You will review alarms, parameters, and equipment readings to keep the plant within SOPs and ensure safe, continuous operations.

You’ll collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams across the US and Canada, work 12‑hour rotating shifts, and travel as required. A BS in chemical/industrial/manufacturing engineering is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in chemical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across maintenance, engineering and production.
• Experience operating a cement plant or heavy process in a 24/7 environment is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and control cement manufacturing processes from the Remote Optimization Center in Dallas, TX.
• Review equipment status, parameters, and alarms to ensure operations stay within SOPs.
• Maintain safe, continuous plant operations and high product quality; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and troubleshoot process/equipment issues; coordinate with teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of process data to analyze trends and drive improvements.
