The role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication, and collaboration with maintenance and production teams, plus willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts and travel within the US and Canada.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and production teams.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Ability to travel within the United States and Canada as required.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and control the cement manufacturing process from the Remote Optimization Center in Dallas, TX.
• Review equipment status, process parameters, and alarms to ensure plant stays within SOPs.
• Ensure safe and continuous plant operations, maintaining product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and troubleshoot process and equipment issues to minimize downtime and losses.
• Maintain accurate records of parameters and readings for data analysis and improvement.
