Pierre Fabre is seeking a seasoned Cellular Therapy Director to help launch Tab-cel in the US. You will lead strategic account plans, engage medical experts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure patient access and stakeholder alignment.

This role requires deep therapy knowledge and a bias for action in a startup-like US division. Remote role with significant travel, strong leadership, and a patient-centric mindset will be essential to drive launch success in a rapidly evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 10 years in biopharma.
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.
• Experience in collaborative matrix environments.
• Ability to convey complex treatment modalities.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare diseases (CGT preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans with stakeholders across medical, value and access, and cell therapy operations.
• Educate physicians on disease state, treatment options, and patient journey.
• Identify and engage medical experts in cell therapy, BMT, lymphoma, and SOT/PTLD.
• Coordinate with marketing for US promotional materials for launch.
• Provide support at professional meetings and staff exhibits.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure expedited access to Tab-cel for appropriate patients.
• Map site accounts and patient referral networks.
• Maintain detailed site account plans.
