Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals USA is seeking a Cellular Therapy Director to help launch Tab-cel Ebvallo for EBV+ PTLD in the US market. You will lead cross-functional teams and build the new US organization to drive access, education, and adoption for patients with rare diseases.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in biopharma, deep cell therapy expertise, and a track record of complex account management in matrix environments, with a patient-centric approach and strong regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in biopharma.
• Deep cell/gene therapy expertise.
• Experience in collaborative matrix environments.
• Ability to explain complex treatments.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare disease.
• Compliance with laws and Pierre Fabre policies.
• Passion for patient impact.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic account plans with stakeholders.
• Educate sites on pre- and post-approval processes.
• Coordinate with medical, value/access, and operations teams.
• Map referral networks and patient access barriers.
• Support launch readiness for Tab-cel Ebvallo.
• Represent Pierre Fabre at professional meetings.
