Job summary

Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals USA is seeking a Cellular Therapy Director (CTAD) to lead the US launch of Tab-celEbvallo and drive strategic account plans across major transplant and oncology centers. You will collaborate with medical affairs, market access, and cell therapy operations to ensure rapid, compliant access for eligible patients.

The role requires a deep cell therapy background, 10+ years in biopharma, and a proven track record in complex matrix environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years biopharma experience.
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.
• Experience in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
• Ability to convey complex treatment modalities to diverse stakeholders.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare disease (CGT preferred).
• Compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Passion for making a difference in patients’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for US launch of Tab-celEbvallo.
• Identify and engage medical experts in cell therapy, BMT, lymphoma and SOT.
• Educate physicians on disease severity, unmet needs and standard of care.
• Collaborate with internal functions to enable patient access and site onboarding.
• Map institutional processes, patient flows, and referral networks.
• Support cross-functional teams with market access and medical affairs insights.
