The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) seeks a BoS CoC Coordinated Entry Team Lead to manage CE activity across the continuum and support lead agencies. The role emphasizes accessibility, staff mentorship, and adherence to HUD standards.

The position requires delivering robust technical assistance, overseeing evaluations, and guiding improvements in CE operations while collaborating with the BoS CoC Board and HUD providers.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree AND at least two years of experience with homeless services programs.
• Knowledge of homelessness and homeless services programs.
• Experience with community outreach and partnership building.

Mansioni

• Oversee the Balance of State CoC Coordinated Entry (CE) activity across the continuum.
• Lead a team of regional CE System Coordinators and support lead agencies.
• Ensure CE access points, HUD requirements, and HMIS data alignment are maintained.
• Coordinate with the BoS CoC Board, HUD TA providers, and other entities as necessary.
