United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia seeks a Team Lead to guide a site-specific housing team in Conyers. You will oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and support staff to meet residents' needs and safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills, with experience in essential care tasks, documentation in Therap or similar systems, and adherence to policy. Must hold a valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, and be capable of lifting up to 50
