Job summary

The State of Georgia’s Department of Community Affairs is seeking the BoS CoC CE Team Lead to manage Coordinated Entry activities across the continuum and guide CE system improvements. You will coordinate with lead agencies, monitor HUD requirements, and oversee HMIS data alignment while supporting providers statewide.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in homelessness programs, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of homelessness services experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel about 25% across Georgia.
• Knowledge of HUD CoC requirements and coordinated entry processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Coordinated Entry activity across the continuum and oversee regional CE System Coordinators.
• Support lead agencies and cultivate CE access points, ensuring HUD compliance.
• Monitor CE funding sources and ensure proper fund management.
• Oversee HMIS coordination and data alignment with CE implementation.
