Job summary

HomeFirst in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking an Experienced Training Coordinator to oversee Coordinated Entry training activities and provide education support to housing providers. You will work with the Coordinated Entry Director to identify training needs, develop modules, and facilitate sessions both in-person and online.

The role focuses on building system performance, ensuring compliance with HUD and CoC requirements, and fostering strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in human services.
• Demonstrated experience providing trainings or education and excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of homelessness and/or housing services; bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop fundamental CES training programs in partnership with the Director.
• Create and manage a schedule of required and optional trainings.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual trainings and coordinate external instructors when needed.
• Ensure trainings comply with HUD, CoC, and contract requirements.
• Maintain training materials and communicate updates to partners.
