Devine Management Consulting is seeking self-motivated individuals to connect Class A drivers with carriers across the United States. This remote role offers flexible scheduling, inbound driver leads, CRM access, and growth opportunities through performance-based commissions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable being on the phone daily.
• Self-motivated and consistent.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales or recruiting experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Speak with drivers who have already applied for jobs.
• Pre-qualify and match drivers with the right carriers.
• Help drivers complete applications and move through the hiring process.
• Schedule orientations and onboarding.
• Work with carrier hiring teams to place drivers.
• You are not cold calling; you are working with active applicants.
