Job summary

Unknown company is seeking motivated independent recruiters to connect Class A CDL drivers with trucking companies nationwide. You will contact drivers who have already applied, prequalify and match them with carriers, and assist with applications, orientation, and onboarding.

This is a remote 1099 independent-contractor position with flexible hours. Compensation is commission-based and paid per successfully hired driver, with bonuses and advancement opportunities as noted.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Reliable, consistent, and self-motivated.
• Recruiting or sales experience is helpful but not required.
