Job summary

UNKNOWN is a nationwide third-party recruiting agency that connects Class A drivers with trucking companies across the United States. This role is remote, offering flexibility and 1099 commission-based earnings.

You will speak with active driver applicants, pre-qualify and match them with carriers, guide them through applications and onboarding, and schedule orientations. Training and leadership support are provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable being on the phone daily.
• Self-motivated and consistent.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales or recruiting experience is helpful but not required.
• Training is provided from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Speak with drivers who have already applied for jobs.
• Pre-qualify and match drivers with the right carriers.
• Help drivers complete applications and move through the hiring process.
• Schedule orientations and follow up through onboarding.
• Work with carrier hiring teams to place drivers.
• You are not cold calling. You are working with active applicants.
