This is a remote 1099 independent-contractor position with flexible hours. Compensation is commission-based and paid per successfully hired driver, with bonuses and advancement opportunities as noted.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Reliable, consistent, and self-motivated.
• Recruiting or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact drivers who have already applied—no cold calling.
• Prequalify and match drivers with carriers.
