Job summary

Outlaw Trucking Group is seeking motivated independent recruiters to place CDL drivers with trucking companies nationwide. This remote independent contractor role offers unlimited earning potential based on your placements and allows you to set your own schedule.

You will recruit CDL drivers across the U.S., sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, and manage the hiring process from initial contact to placement. Training is provided for industry experience.

Qualifications

• Self-starter capable of working independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with good time management.
• Comfortable using computers, social media, and online recruiting tools.
• Recruiting, sales, customer service, or trucking industry experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Recruit CDL drivers for open driving positions across the U.S.
• Source applicants via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Speak with drivers to determine qualifications and hiring needs
• Match applicants with best available opportunities
• Maintain contact with drivers during the hiring process
• Develop and maintain your own pipeline of qualified candidates
