Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Solution Advisor to drive CDI product implementations, guide workflow optimization, and manage client relationships. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on workflow discovery and configuration reviews to improve revenue cycle performance across accounts.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in CDI or inpatient coding, relevant certifications, and the ability to travel up to 50% domestically. Remote work is available for this role with relocation not authorized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of experience as a CDI specialist or inpatient coder in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• OR High School Diploma/GED AND eleven (11) years of experience as a CDI specialist or inpatient coder in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• AND Possesses one of the following current and valid certifications; RHIA, RHIT, CCS, Auditing: Inpatient Coding Microcredential, CIC, CDIS, or CCDS

Responsibilities

• Execute with clients to implement CDI products according to best practice and guide change management.
• Review current-state workflows and configurations with clients for Solventum best-practice workflows; propose optimization changes.
• Own client relationships and coordinate interactions across the organization.
• Define KPIs and monitor client satisfaction; stay up-to-date with industry and product changes.
