Job summary

Solventum is a remote US-based role for an Inpatient Content Management Consultant. You will apply expertise in CDI, inpatient coding, DRG methodologies, risk adjustment, quality indicators, comorbidity indices and clinical documentation integrity to support customers and internal teams.

You will develop training materials, collaborate with the Technical Writing team, and manage the monthly education network, coordinating topics and speakers while engaging with coding and clinical colleagues and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution AND eight (8) years of clinical coding experience or acute care CDI experience.
• High School Diploma/GED from AND eleven (11) years of clinical coding experience or acute care CDI experience.

Responsibilities

• Imparting knowledge in CDI, inpatient coding, DRG methodologies, risk adjustment, quality indicators, comorbidity indices, clinical documentation integrity, utilization management, population health and coding compliance.
• Developing and maintaining training materials related to Solventum’s Visit Integrity program.
• Collaborating with the Technical Writing team and coordinating monthly education network sessions.
• Work with coding and clinical teams and customers.
