Job summary

Solventum is seeking a CDI Outsourcing Supervisor to lead outsourced CDI engagements remotely across the United States. You will oversee programs, manage client and vendor relationships, and supervise CDI professionals to achieve quality, productivity, and performance targets.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in acute care CDI management, CCDS or RN license with 5+ years in acute care, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Eight (8) years of acute care CDI management experience in various settings.
CCDS certification or valid RN license with five years acute care experience.

Responsibilities

Provide overall management and oversight for outsourced CDI engagements and programs.
Manage client and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery of CDI services.
Supervise CDI professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and development.
Monitor program effectiveness using productivity, quality, and financial metrics; address gaps.
Lead day-to-day CDI operations, including workload allocation and performance monitoring.
Develop and deliver education and training based on audit findings and trends.
Partner with client leadership and internal teams to optimize workflows and CDI practices.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements and CDI best practices.
