Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Solution Advisor to partner with healthcare clients, implementing CDI products and optimizing workflows to improve patient care and operational efficiency. You will guide change management, ensure adoption, and serve as a SME across Solventum CDI lines.

The role emphasizes client advocacy, KPI definition, and leadership of coordination across teams, with travel up to 50% domestic. Remote-friendly location supports flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of experience as a CDI specialist, or inpatient coder in a private, public, government, or military environment
• OR
• High School Diploma/GED AND eleven (11) years of experience as a CDI specialist, or inpatient coder in a private, public, government, or military environment
• AND
• Poses one of the following current and valid certifications; RHIA, RHIT, CCS, Auditing: Inpatient Coding Microcredential, CIC, CDIS, or CCDS

Responsibilities

• Execute and guide CDI product implementations with clients following best practices
• Lead workflow discovery, adoption, and optimization to improve client outcomes
• Advocate for customers, log issues, and escalate as needed
• Own client relationships and coordinate cross-functional interactions across Solventum
• Define and track KPIs through client satisfaction initiatives
• Stay updated on industry and product changes and comply with standards
