Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Catering Project Coordinator / Operations Analyst to support a new catering initiative for a leading restaurant organization. This hands-on role manages order fulfillment, monitors restaurant capacity, and coordinates communication across internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate handles high volumes with accuracy, uses data and tracking tools, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 1-3+ year of experience in operations, marketing support, order management, customer service, or administrative coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting/filtering, basic formulas; pivot tables a plus) and Microsoft Outlook (templates, scheduling).
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Clear, professional written communication for internal and external audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Load balance a high volume of orders (10-200) across 58 restaurants.
• Review each restaurant's order volume to ensure total capacity remains under daily and time-period thresholds.
• Execute a multi-step order transfer process, including communication with 3+ parties and logging all transfer activity.
• Schedule and send order confirmation emails to Guests via Outlook using established templates.
• Coordinate updates with internal teams and third-party partners.
