Cloud Catering and Events is seeking a Culinary Operations & Logistics Coordinator in Queens, NY to manage daily packout for off-premise events and coordinate across Culinary, Warehouse, Production, and Dispatch teams. The role focuses on accurate packout, updating event details, and ensuring on‑time departures.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in catering/operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort with Curate and day‑to‑day digital workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in catering operations, culinary operations, event logistics, or related hospitality environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand BEOs, production notes, and event documentation.
• Strong communication across multiple departments.
• Comfortable using computers, emails, and digital scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily culinary packout for off-premise events.
• Review BEOs, notes, and event details to confirm requirements.
• Organize prepared food onto speed racks, carts, and staging areas.
• Cross-check production notes and flag missing or incorrect items before departure.
• Coordinate with Dispatch on delivery times and truck schedules.
• Use Curate to review event information and packing needs.
