CAVA is seeking a Lead Analyst, Catering Team Member Systems to own the product and technical evolution of our catering systems. You’ll partner with Engineering, Operations, UX, Analytics, and vendors to deliver connected solutions for seamless catering execution and team member experience.

You’ll guide architecture, drive agile delivery, and translate stakeholder needs into practical, scalable solutions while maintaining clear documentation and a data‑driven mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product management, tech ownership, or similar role.
• Experience with catering/restaurant or multi-unit operations preferred.
• Experience leading products through full agile lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product/technical solutions.
• Experience with custom apps, third-party platforms, and system integrations.
