Job summary

Salata is seeking a Catering Lead to manage and coordinate all catering orders across locations. You will work with the General Manager, DOC, and CSM, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include directing daily catering operations, training staff, coordinating product and staffing needs, handling call-backs, and maintaining catering collateral and accounts. This is a part-time, in-store role based in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of food, beverage and fast casual catering experience.
• Health and safety regulations pertaining to catering events.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational catering efforts based on daily orders.
• Train team members on catering operations.
• Coordinate product and staffing needs with DOC/CSM daily.
• Handle catering call-backs to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain catering collateral and manage house accounts with DOC.
• Travel between locations as needed.
