Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar coordination role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling and tracking of all catering deliveries, ensuring timely arrival of food and supplies.
• Manage and update inventory records, tracking stock levels and identifying needs for replenishment.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and suppliers to confirm orders, delivery times, and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain efficient logistical plans for various catering events, considering location and client needs.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistical challenges.
• Ensure all documentation related to logistics, inventory, and deliveries is accurate and up-to-date.
