Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a disciplined Dispatch Clerk to support our client's national logistics network from a remote home office. You will coordinate outbound shipments, prepare manifests, waybills, and dispatch notes, and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have proven admin or logistics support experience, strong Excel and data entry skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative, dispatch, or logistics support role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process dispatch documentation (manifests, waybills, dispatch notes).
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and transport providers to schedule dispatch times.
• Record shipment details, tracking information, and delivery addresses.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal departments regarding shipment status.
• Ensure dispatched goods match order requirements and are properly packaged and labeled.
• Maintain organized filing systems for dispatch-related records.
• Verify compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
• Assist in generating reports on dispatch volumes and operational performance.
• Collaborate with inventory control to ensure stock accuracy for outgoing orders.
