Job summary

JLL, a global leader in real estate services, seeks a Category Manager for Hard Services in the United States. You will develop category strategies across MEP, mechanical, electrical, and related services, build supplier relationships, and deliver value to internal and external clients.

The role requires 5-7 years in procurement category management, strong communication, and the ability to work across time zones. Remote-Atlanta, visa sponsorship not provided; comp range $110k-$150k per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain preferred.
• 5-7 years procurement-related technical category management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, strong analytical ability.
• Ability to work on a regional scale and across different time zones.
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies aligned with business strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Deliver financial targets and drive the category opportunity agenda.
• Create strategic solutions for commodity/service requirements; manage RFPs, bids, and contract approvals.
• Utilize data analytics to assess needs and enable strategic leadership.
• Rationalize supplier base and maintain strategic supply partner framework at senior levels.
• Lead supplier relationship management and ensure contract compliance and reporting.
