Job summary

JLL is seeking a Category Manager, Construction Services to oversee the central management of America's FF&E and Moving categories, building supplier relationships and delivering cost efficiencies across client-managed spend. The role supports PDS Sourcing & Procurement and helps design global category processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of procurement-related experience.
• Construction category experience a plus.
• Ability to negotiate Terms & Conditions and pricing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain category strategies aligned with business goals.
• Execute sourcing & procurement with RFPs, bid analysis and contract approvals.
• Manage supplier relationships and SRM activities.
• Leverage data analytics to drive cost, performance and value.
• Support PDS Sourcing initiatives and training programs.
• Identify and implement policy improvements and governance.
