Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced Category Manager to help train a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will oversee sourcing and supplier-management processes across core workflows, including RFP/RFQ drafting, vendor scoring, contracts, and spend analyses.

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.
