We seek purchasing managers with 4+ years of sourcing and supplier-management experience to support AI-related document, spreadsheet, and slide tasks.

The role offers flexible hours (5-20 hours per week or more) at a rate of $70/hour, with fully remote work and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and supplier-management processes for AI document tasks.
• Lead RFP/RFQ drafting, vendor scoring, and contract/SLA reviews.
• Contribute to spend-analysis, vendor risk assessments, and savings-pipeline reviews.
