Ethos is an expert network focused on connecting professionals with opportunities for paid expert engagements. We seek a procurement and vendor management lead to support AI-model training projects involving professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

The role is fully remote, part-time (5–20 hours per week), with a compensation of $70/hour. You will own RFPs/RFQs, vendor contracts, SLAs, and spend analyses while ensuring precise documentation and strong vendor evaluations. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and vendor management initiatives for AI-model training workflows.
• Own RFP/RFQ processes, vendor scoring, and evaluation matrices.
• Review and negotiate vendor contracts and SLAs; analyze spend and manage supplier risk.
