Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Head of Procurement to help train a leading AI lab's language model by shaping professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

You will bring 4+ years in procurement, direct ownership of RFPs/RFQs, and skilled negotiation of vendor contracts and SLAs. Exceptional document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship and precise written communication are essential.

Remote engagement is flexible, 5–20 hours per week, start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP/RFQ processes and supplier evaluation.
• Draft and review vendor contracts and SLAs to protect value.
• Produce high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
