Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Lead for a fully remote arrangement. The role focuses on training AI models by managing procurement workflows and vendor relationships for AI training projects.

You will own RFPs/RFQs, build evaluation matrices, review contracts and SLAs, and deliver spend analyses with actionable savings opportunities. Candidates should have 4+ years in procurement or supplier management, exceptional documentation and presentation skills, and the ability to work 5-20 hours

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication

Responsibilities

• Draft, evaluate, and refine RFPs/RFQs and vendor contracts.
• Develop vendor scoring matrices and SLA reviews.
• Create spend-analysis reports and risk assessments.
• Define category strategy and savings pipelines.
