Job summary

Ethos is seeking a procurement manager to support training of a language model on professional document workflows. This remote role requires 4+ years in procurement, hands-on RFP/RFQ ownership, and expert document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with precise written communication.

The position offers flexible 5–20 hours per week, fully remote work in the United States, with compensation at $70/hour and start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (RFP/RFQ drafting, vendor scoring, contract review).
• Support training of language models on professional document tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
