Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced category managers to help train a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role requires 4+ years in procurement and ownership of RFPs/RFQs plus contract/SLA reviews. You will craft expert-level documents and slides with precise communication, working remotely on a flexible 5-20 hour weekly commitment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: RFP and RFQ drafting, vendor-scoring and evaluation matrices, supplier-contract and SLA review.
